Security BSides Jacksonville.
An independent, volunteer-run InfoSec conference transmitting from North East Florida. We exist to facilitate education and collaboration across practitioners, students, and anyone curious enough to point a packet at something.
Ten-plus years on the air. Still community-run. Still loud.

No franchise, no parent corporation, no out-of-town sponsors telling us what to book. Every year is organized from scratch by a crew of local volunteers.
Tickets stay affordable with early-bird pricing. Veterans, volunteers, and students attend free. Gatekept security is weak security.
We book talks with substance: demos, diffs, weird bugs, unglamorous wins. No vendor pitches. No AI hand-waving.
First-time speakers get mentored. Students get a platform. Everyone, from sysadmin to senior red-teamer, gets to learn something.
2026 · Signals from the Void
We're running it again in partnership with the University of North Florida and its student security club. Expect the same community energy, a refreshed schedule, and some new villages worth your time. The 2026 theme is "Signals from the Void": transmissions across the noise, research that reaches, signals worth decoding.
